aap3, a Southampton based global IT development, engineering and recruitment solutions company, are delighted to report significant revenue increases amidst the  gloom of the current economic climate. 

Previously known as Preferred International, aap3 have been reviewing the quarter since re-branding in July of this year.  Despite an unpredictable economy, aap3 have thrived this financial year, and are reporting revenue increases of over 60% for the first half of the year with a particularly strong third quarter.  Specialising in IT development, engineering and recruitment, aap3 have endeavoured to attract new customers, gain new contracts and continue to grow at a steady pace.

President and CEO,  Rod Jackson explains the secret  to their success:  “At the start of this fiscal year we  restructured the company to take advantage of our core competencies & in the process streamlined our go to market offerings and re-named ourselves to aap3 (all about people process & Productivity).  We also managed to attract some key industries executives into our senior leadership team and Board”.
