Corporate Social Responsibility

At aap3 we take our social and community responsibility very seriously. We like to work in partnership with local, national and global communities and during the year we support the charity's own initiatives, campaigns and events in addition to organising a variety of our own company and employee activities.

aap3 's corporate social responsibility objective is to drive growth and variety in our portfolio of community involvement activities. We coordinate various activities, connecting our partners and encouraging the employees to participate. Our aim is to improve access to basic human needs, education, and economic opportunities and our support includes networking technologies and employee contributions of time, expertise and financial resources.

Our company name aap3 means ‘all about people, process & productivity’ and we work incredibly hard to promote a great sense of community within the company. It also means being a positive force in the wider community around us, which is why we want to support our chosen charities.

Through a variety of company and employee activities, and underpinning our 'giving back' to the community ethos we support the following charities;

The Joe Glover Trust – A national charity providing help for young children suffering with cancer and their families. The Trust works nationally, but has a particularly strong relationship supporting children receiving treatment at Southampton General Hospital.

Saints Foundation – Southampton Football Club’s charitable trust provides a comprehensive sport and education programme across Hampshire and the South.

SKIP (Southampton) – Students for Kids International Projects (SKIP) is a national student-led healthcare charity that supports child welfare in the developing world. The Southampton branch, based at the University of Southampton, provides community-based projects to help vulnerable children in Madagascar.
